Top quality experience What i like 1. Location of the hotel, its sitting next to the city palace entrance 2. Neat and spacious rooms 3. Good interiors 4. Roof top view of the palace 5. All basic amenities were provided 6. Covered parking space 7. Good restaurant (bit pricey), great service. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. What i didn't like : 1. Check-in experience, receptionists definitely need a hike

The hotel is at a great location, very close to the city palace. You can also enjoy the view of the city palace from the rooftop. The rooms also were very beautiful and well designed. However, I feel the service can be more attentive. We were 3 of us staying in a room and had to repeated call the reception for toiletries of 3 as they just provided for 2. Apart from that slight inconvenience, we had a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. It's located bang opposite of the City Palace. The rooms are large and very spacious. On request the chef prepared tasty Jain food. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Each and everything is not just good but great about this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and has all basic amenities provided in it, location is right in from of city palace (not even 100m) situated in the prime location of old city of udaipur and at the heart of the city, everything from here is walk able, food is again very delicious and tasty and lastly the staff is very courteous, professional and understanding. It was worth every penny spent and this hotel is very much affordable. Only problem with this hotel was its rooms or bathrooms do not have exhaust fans making the rooms smell a little odd. It is recommended to install exhaust fans in the bathrooms for the order and moisture to go away quickly.

Rooms are large and very spacious. Very clean and neat property. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent and fairly priced. Biggest plus point is the location, it is literally neighbouring the City Palace and has palace view from the rooms.

we stayed at aaram mahal for two nights and we had an incredible stay. the staff are amazing and went above and beyond for us. the pool and rooftop were amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. we slept very well! we would happily return and we highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in udaipur. Hotel is front of Citypalace gate. Excellent staff. Hotel food was delicious. Nice service. Hotel organized new year party 2023 really awesome,excellent💯. We enjoy a lot.
